H2 Custom Designs & Prints — Digital Product No Return & Refund Policy

All Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Once a digital product has been purchased, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

Digital products may include PDF guides, SVG files, PNG files, templates, printables, digital artwork, instructional materials, and other downloadable content sold by H2 Custom Designs & Prints.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital item only. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product description.

• Digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased or made available for download.

• It is the customer's responsibility to review the product description and ensure the file type is compatible with their device, software, cutting machine, printer, or other equipment before purchasing.

• We cannot issue refunds because a customer changes their mind, purchases the wrong file, lacks compatible software/equipment, or does not know how to use the file.

• Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original design or content unless commercial/resale rights are specifically included in writing.

• Digital files may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, uploaded to file-sharing websites, or claimed as your own unless the product's license specifically allows it.

Download Problems: If you experience a technical problem with your download or receive an incorrect/corrupted file, please contact H2 Custom Designs & Prints. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product you purchased.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Digital Product No Return & Refund Policy.

H2 Custom Designs & Prints reserves the right to update this policy as needed. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
